Hydrocyclone Washing With Dewatering Screen
Hydro cyclones are used to wash in industries such as sand, aggregates, coal, industrial minerals, hard rock mining and more. Hydro cyclones have become widely used in washing because they are relatively inexpensive, process high volumes, take up minimal floor space and have no moving parts.
R-TECHNO hydro cyclones classify coarse and fine materials by centrifugal force. Materials are fed by pressure, so more power is needed. However, it is of low cost, small covering space, high classifying ratio and large capacity.
It simultaneously processes sand washing, sludge high mesh classification and dewatering. Dewatering screen of high mesh classifier and the cyclone are organized on one unit.
