Disintegrator
Disntegrator is a high impact and high speed milling machine to crush hard minerals, agro products, chemicals etc. This machine is extremely suitable for highly efficient coarse grinding between 10 mm to 80 mesh (200 micron). It is fitted with hammers and liners made using alloy steel, stainless steel or similar material. Available with and without cyclone and dust collector.
DC usually used in quartz ramming mass plant & 30/80 granulator plant. The main benefit of DC is, it gives cubicle shape material which is preferred to use in different grades of quartz & silica (eg. Snow white quartz).
